- Bhubaneswar, May 10 (IANS) Corona has been hit by a landslide in the state. The number of infected people is increasing day by day. Ten more coronas were positively identified in the state on Sunday. In addition, four coronas were reported in the state on Sunday. As a result, the number of people living with coronary heart disease in the state has risen to 382. This is stated on the website of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. Of the 10 infected, four are from Bhadrak district and four are from Jajpur district. The total number of infected people in Bhadrak district has reached 31. Of these, 16 were active cases and 12 were recovered. Similarly, the total number of infected people in Jajpur district has reached 56. Of these, 54 were active cases and two were recovered.
- Of the 56 infections identified on Sunday morning, 24 were from Ganjam district, 13 from Anugol district, 15 from Baleshwar district and one from Mayurbhanj district. The total number of victims in Ganjam district has reached 117. No one in Ganjam district has recovered yet. One person died of coronary heart disease in Ganjam district. Similarly, for the first time in Anugol district, 13 people have been identified. As a result, Anugul district has been added to the state's corona graph. The district has a total of 13 infected people. The total number of infected people in Baleshwar district has risen to 62 after 15 more cases were reported. Of those, 33 were active cases and six were recovered. Similarly, the number of infected people in Mayurbhanj district has reached seven. There are eight Yak active cases in the district.
- A total of 342 coronary heart disease cases have been reported in the state so far. Of those, 281 were active cases and three died. Similarly, 4 have recovered and returned home.
